BOOKINGS:

Bookings can be made through:

• Request via our official website (with confirmation by email) — SPECIAL DISCOUNT

• Instagram and Facebook direct message — SPECIAL DISCOUNT

• WhatsApp contact at the number provided — SPECIAL DISCOUNT

• Online platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb)

Bookings made by email are considered confirmed only after written confirmation from the property, which is usually sent the same day or by the following day.

PAYMENTS:

Payment for your stay is made at the property or via a secure payment link provided by the property.

Payment for any penalties (late cancellations, no-shows, changes, or failure to pay the tourist tax) will be made via a secure payment link provided by the property.

CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY: 

Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.

After this deadline, in case of:

• no-show,

• booking changes (e.g. early departure),

• late cancellation,

  👉 the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

CHECK-IN e CHECK-OUT:

• • Check-in: from 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM

  Paid late check-out (subject to availability):

  • €10.00 per extra hour

  • from 10:00 AM up to a maximum of 1:00 PM

LIABILITY AND DAMAGES:

• • The property is not responsible for items lost, forgotten, or stolen inside the rooms or common areas.

  • Any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or amenities will be charged to the guest according to the extent of the damage.

  • Loss of the key/card will result in a €15.00 fee.

PROPERTY RULES: 

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests:

• 🚭 Non-smoking property

• 🐾 Pets not allowed

• 👶 Guests under 18 may stay only if accompanied by an adult

• ❗ Minors may not stay or sleep alone: at least one adult must be present in the same room

• No discounts are available for single occupancy

• No reduced rates for children

TOURIST TAX:

The tourist tax is:

• €4.00 per person, per night

• applied for a maximum of 4 nights

Children under 12 are exempt.

The tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid directly at the property.

BREAKFAST:

Breakfast is not included in the stay.

It is available upon request at a cost of:

• €6.00 per person, per night

Breakfast is provided through an agreement with the bar located on the corner of the property.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

By booking at DhOME B&B, the guest declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
